I suggest you to not read the code yet, since it is a mess for now 🙂 (I am migrating code to the PoW system I am describing here).

And if you had one document to read, I would say [Protocol](https://github.com/ucoin-io/ucoin/blob/ed25519/doc/Protocol.md) first. You may also read [Theoretical part](http://ucoin.io/theoretical/) on uCoin website and [FAQ](http://ucoin.io/faq/), but these documents are to be updated to match the protocol.
