Good morning,

In the tutorial we can read the sentence here under :

_Today you were the newcomer, tomorrow you will be the member who certify_
\_ them! Do not hesitate to certify newcomers & existing members \_
_asking for certifications so the community can grow & live._

Thus my question, where can I find members that request to be certify ?
