A mon sens, on appelle a tord ces visios “developer talks”, car il n’y a pas (ou plus) de débats/échanges ouverts, comme nous avions par le passé.
Je ne retournerai pas à ces visios, ou alors je proposerai au début de réunion un autre salon (lien visio) où l’on peut échanger à baton rompu, simplement, et sans “facilitateur non dev”.
Le controle de ces réunions a été pris par un petit nombre, qui n’a pas de légitimité particulière. Pas à mes yeux en tous cas.
Je le redis ici : **la coordination d’un projet technique comme la v2s ne peut pas être faite par des non developpeurs**. Je l’avais déjà dit au dernière RML de Laval (cad dès le départ de l’idée d’une coordination)
Ce que je constate actuellement, c’est que les développeurs experimentés, qui on largement contribuer à la v1, ne sont pas plus écoutés, ou du moins pas plus que des néophytes.
Je ne crois pas (ou plus) qu’une organisation horizontale puisse produire quelque chose de bon, en dehors de son champ d’expertise minimaliste. Au contraire, cela nivelle les échanges par le bas, en mettant tout le monde au même niveau d’expertise, ce qui absurde.
