What are the status of the msPeriod and txWindow parameters? They are explained in the Duniter Protocol, but are absent in the blockchain (at least in block 0).
Absolutely. These two are parameters which were added after a blockchain was started (txWindow after ĞTest block#0, msPeriod after Ğ1 block#0). So I did not include them in the root block.
The txWindow parameter is already effective, while msPeriod will be effective on 1st of July 2017.
OK. So I’ll add them as constants in my programs. txWindow = 3600 * 24 * 7, but what is the value of msPeriod?
It defaults to msWindow.
