I think strategically it is better to start by asking to [Kusama Treasury](https://polkadot.network/blog/kusama-treasury-funds-seven-teams-in-seven-weeks/) as suggested by Julien Eluard, a parity engineer based in Toulouse. The w3 grant must be asked when we are ready to accelerate a lot. We might want to do it on september 2023 and combine it with ADEME funding.
