Ajout des checklist définies par gcheck dans g1cli (anglais uniquement).

Added interactive pre-action checklist scenarios (reusing the gcheck engine, via the published gcheck-core crate) to specific g1cli commands.
- Before those commands are submitted, the user must answer a predefined set of Yes/No questions drawn from the official checklists embedded in gcheck-core.
- Impacted commands are:
  - identity create
  - identity certify
  - smith invite
  - smith accept
  - smith certify
- Only supporting English version of the checklists for now.
Added a --skip-checklist option to those commands (visible in their help) to skip the checklist:
- it is only allowed once the checklist has been successfully completed at least once;
- the configuration then stores the hash of the checklist version that was completed (checklist_*_hash)
- if the checklist has changed upstream since (through a gcheck-core update), it must be completed again before --skip-checklist becomes available for the new version;
Added extra hidden test command and checklist sub-command to test the checklist scenarios without having to run the actual commands; which can be useful for development and testing of the checklists themselves.
