My name is Pedro, I’m from Portugal and I absolutely love the G1. Found it a few months ago and have been diving into the community, etc.
My background is of a full-stack developer (more on the JS/LAMP stack, although also Python/a bit of Java, etc), and although I’m really not the best developer in the world, I’m happy to help anybody with anything (especially as AI becomes better and better). 
- Testing stuff, etc
- Creating guides, translations, helping people, writing documentation
- Giving support/onboarding people, translating
- Fixing simple bugs, prompting new features with AI, etc
- And last but not least friendship and support for developers and everyone
(sometimes just a quick chat, exchange of ideas can be useful when stuck, feeling down, etc
I use VSCode with Cline/Codex/Kilocode, have access to ChatGPT Pro, etc.

I recommend starting by developing a small service meeting some people you know in Ǧ1! Could be linked to web of trust monitoring, transactions, marketpace, website… That’s how most contributors made a place in the ecosystem. You can also contribute to existing software and apps but that requires a bit more involvement and can be discouraging sometimes.

That’s such a great idea and thank you very much for the response! I’ve been really thinking and working on something like that actually, I have already worked a bit with Cesium+, managed to get some data, found that are incredible people on G1, etc
Regarding your idea do you mean specifically to find some algorithmic/programmatic way to facilitate my connection to more people on G1 while helping them, etc? Can you give an example of something in that direction that you’re mentioning or something that would be useful for someone or even for you, something that you always wanted to build but never had the time :D?
