Balance Format
Duniter uses a unit system where 1 ĞD = 100 units. All balance operations handle this conversion automatically:
- Input: Use ĞD format (e.g., “10.50” for 10.50 ĞD)
- Output: Returns both formatted (ĞD) and raw (units) values
Petite typo dans le README.md, car tu utilises la ĞTest et pas la ĞDev, corriger ĞD en ĞT.
